Cell Spray is manufactured under very strict quality control through most modern process utilizing "state
of the art" technology to form high quality fiber that resistance to fire. mold. mildew and insecticide.
The finished product is a strong, durable monolithic layer of high performance multi function insulation
system with hard-flexible layer at the bottom of predetermined thickness of system layer.

Special Features
Our product forms a monolithic layer with dead air spaces between and within its hollow fibers. Because
of the specially designed & controlled spray system, they fill cracks, voids and seams forming monolithic
layer over the substrate, which eliminates air infiltration.
Conventional and prefabricated insulation tends to be compressed during handling and shipment may
creates cracks and voids during installations, also settling and sagging after installation, our treatment
system has no voids or compressed areas that reduces thermal efficiency and accoustical properties.

Thermal Performance & Condensation Control
Cell-Spray is a more effective in place product with exceptionally low heat transfer characteristics as a

Tested by NVLAP accredited acoustical laboratory in compliance with ASTM C-423, our product provides
exceptionally High Noise Reduction Coefficient(NRC). Typical application of 12.5mm thick on solid backing has an
unequalled NRC of 0.65.
Substrate Compatibility
Our product conforms to any surface configuration such as barrel vaults, concrete "T", corrugated decking and
other complex surfaces. Combined with our patented compound binder, our product bonds to virtually all
construction substrates including all kind of boards, plaster, wood, oxidized metal and concrete.
* Some surfaces (water stained ceilings, wood and oxidized metal) require sealing to prevent migratory staining.
Durability and Maintenance
The strong, resilient bond of our patented compound binder combined with special components in our
fine fiber forms applied acoustic finish product, with unequalled acoustic properties, that provides
remarkably durable surface.
It resists impact and abrasion with "no cracking or spalling", which is typical to many cementitious,
plaster based materials and copy product in the market.
In areas where even higher abrasion resistance may be desirable, our special "Dura-FC" may be
specified. This product provides even greater bond and compressive strength without reducing its
acoustical performances.

The product is properly treated to meet with variety applications. When CellStar sprayed in-place, the interlocking fibers result in a mass, which produces
excellent sound transmission control with high efficiency thermal properties. It
forms a monolithic layer to seal cracks, voids/gaps and cavities in wall, attic
and ceiling-floor. It tightly insulates even around plumbing & electrical outlets,
vent ducts and other irregularities.
Once Cell-Star is applied, there will be no voids and compressed areas
(eliminating sound leaks and air flow that reduces thermal conductivity
efficiency of the wall, attic and ceiling-floor system). Our product is
environmental friendly product and certified by US-EPA.
Cell-Star is an energy saving insulation that has been tested by various
internationally recognized independent laboratories. It has been proven that
Cell-Star saves over 32% of KWH usage of typical homes compared with
several other insulation products.
Road's Construction Grade
The product is processed with high precision to comply with US-FHA (US
Federal Highway Administration) grade and suitable for use in OGFC and SMA
technology utilized for new road & paving constructions or improvement
works.
Industrial Grade
This product is also processed with high precision to comply with various
standards as implemented by both building code authority and the appropriate
industry.

Our product provides superior sound transmission control to satisfy building's
designers, developers and occupants demand. Laboratory tests prove that our
product achieves significantly higher STC and IIC ratings than other identically

Product Installation
Flooring System
Acousti-Max CLP is installed on concrete sub-floor with CLP adhesive or slurry (may require shotblasting for bonding purposes). Then CLP tape (self-adhesive) are installed on seams between sections
and around walls, doorways, toilet collars and other floor penetrations.
Roofing System
Acousti-Max CLP may be used to reinforce waterproofing layer. For optimum performance, add CellSpray to form excellent system layer against impact noise with high efficiency thermal resistance value
for maximum building's energy conservation.
Wall System
Use Acousti-Max CLP for additional layer in between 2 layer of gypsum board, in conjunction with
installation of Cell-Star acoustic treatment to eliminate sound transmission from adjacent rooms, and
providing excellent thermal conductivity performance to save building's energy consumption.
