From Paris to Shanghai,
French Riviera and Corsica,
Keint set off on a pursuit to
gain experience and immerse
in multiple environments to
reveal his passion for music.
Throughout this journey, one
of the most essential elements he learned is the importance of the music played
in relation to the crowd and
setting. Performing gigs in
renowned high-end bars to
trendy and chic clubs, to un-
derground local venues, his
artistic career has developed
in a sense how to captivate
the attention of any audience
through sound selection.
Mixing in the magnificent atmosphere of Parisian nights,
at the majestic Genoese citadel of Calvi, and eventually
residing in modern Shanghai,
Keint confidently believes he
has achieved self-fulfillment.
These past three years in
Shanghai enabled him to
develop his network and improve his English, as well as
obtain a competitive advantage of artistic skills through
various performances. Some
of the tasks he undertook
include: sound design for
an extremely exclusive and
immersive gourmet restaurant; sound identity and
musical soundscapes for
re p u t a b l e c o r p o r a t i o n s ;
event management and
celebrity artist bookings.

In 2009 and 2010, Keint spent
the summers in Balagne, Corsica, a precious time period that
triggered him to rethink his life.
The “Octopussy” beach-restaurant, the “Acapulco” summer club, the famous disco
bar “Chez Tao” and the festival “Calvi on the Rocks” all
gave him the spotlight to publicly perform for the first time.
After these few months in Corsica, Keint deeply believed his
heart was in the music industry. With no hesitation at all, he
decided to leave his international business course that at
the time he was currently attending, and headed for Paris.
Once in Paris, he began organizing and promoting weekly parties at “Club des Saint-Pères”.
He managed to triple the club’s
customer base each Wednesday, thanks to his extensive network and original DJ
concepts. Meanwhile, he kept
mixing at bars and performing
for events such as Paris Fashion
Week and other private parties.
Throughout these experiences,
he developed his skills and absorbed the various facets of the
job. Fully aware that customer
satisfaction is a key expectation
for bars and clubs, he learned
how to adapt performances to
the general public, while also
developing his own artistic
style at underground parties.
Eight months later, he felt the
need to explore new sounds
and horizons. He decided
to try his luck and bought
a one way ticket to join a
friend in the booming and
flourishing city of Shanghai.
There, willing to improve, he
sought to offer both more complete and professional services.
He worked diligently to obtain
residencies at the fashionable
bars and carefully selected
the people he collaborated
with in order to thrive even
higher in the music business.
Due to an exponential demand
in music creation from the luxury field, he seized a variety of
opportunities, each having
different concepts, to even
further build upon his skills.
Amongst these were corporate
culture, sound engineering and
techniques and music hunting.
Thanks to his experience and
ability to learn quickly and adapt
to any sort of music requirement, he progressively climbed
the ladder and accessed higher levels of responsibility.
Among his most remarkable
experiences, he held the position of Sound designer at
the highly exclusive “Ultraviolet” restaurant, under the
guidance of the renowned
French chef Paul Pairet, where
he created immersive musical
concepts. Since then, Keint
now working as a Music Director at the one and only famous “Bar Rouge Shanghai.”

Concept
First restaurant of its kind combining gastronomy and multisensory technology to create an immersive dining experience.
An undisclosed location, a table limited to 10 people, a 360° video projection, a temperature variation device and a smell-synthesizing
device are the elements involved in the customers’ multisensory immersion.
The restaurant offers 2 menus of 22 dishes each: Menu A and Menu B.
Achievement
Creation of the matching soundtrack of Menu B: under Paul Pairet’s leadership, sound research and sound design in accordance
with the video projections.
Results
Only after 6 months once the restaurant opened, Ultraviolet reached 60th place in the “World’s 50 Best Restaurants” ranking.
