Make a Difference
Glitz from Com Space
Life is not an empty dream. It is a quest for
excellence. All the comforts and facilities that we
enjoy, the technical gizmos that we love to use,
are the result of a thirst for higher knowledge, a
passion for innovation, a quest for excellence and a
commitment to progress. It follows that one should
strive hard to make the world a better place to live.
Comfest, an Inter-Collegiate Commerce Fiesta
was hosted by the Dept. of Commerce on 30th August
2013. The Valediction of Comfest was presided over by
Thiru. P. Thangamani, Hon'ble Minister for Industries,

Today numerous vocations and fields are available
to modern youth. No matter what field or
profession you choose, put your heart and soul in
it, master it, excel in it. Albert Einstein, Steve Jobs,
Dr. Abdul Kalam, Narayan Murthy, Pandit Ravi
Shankar, Sachin Tendulkar, etc. are honoured
because they are the masters of their respective
field.
Successful people do not do different things. They
do things differently. That difference is excellence
and innovation which makes man – the highest
form of creation.
Lives of great men all remind us,
We can make our lives sublime.
And, departing, leave behind us
Footprints on the sands of Time.
Let us, then, be up and doing
With a heart for any fate
Still achieving, Still pursuing.
Be a hero in the battle of life
