2016 Potter`s Bowl Highlights - Community Caregivers of Greater

11th Annual Potter’s Bowl Highlights
Close to $9000 was raised at the event to help Community Caregivers
of Greater Derry’s mission to help your neighbors in 7 towns. This
fundraiser will allow over 450 volunteers to help over 350 elderly and
disabled stay in their homes as long as possible through caregiving
tasks, free of charge. This fundraiser also helps to sustain our Loaner’s
Closet for Durable Medical Equipment.

Tasty soups were
donated by 13
incredibly giving
restaurants and bread
was provided by
Panera Bread in Derry
& Manchester.
Our silent auction of 63 items included
many familiar mediums, such as leather
goods, wall hangings, framed artwork,
and jewelry, worth over $5000!
Over 235 handcrafted pottery
bowls were donated by local
potters and schools.
Over 50 fabulous volunteers helped
from picking up bowls to cleaning up
and everything in between!
Three local florists
graciously donated
beautiful centerpieces
for our event!
