two on the nearby Fokkerweg road. these will
include two build to suit of 30,000 and 35,000
square metres divided into units that will offer tailor
made distribution space to respond to client needs
and two new 10,000 and 11,000 square metre units.
History
the first phase of Prologis Fokker Logistics Park
was recently completed on the site of the former
Fokker industrial complexes near Schiphol airport.
Prologis Fokker Logistics Park is an 85,000 square
metre flagship park for Prologis which accommodates blue chip clients such as agility, DHL, Kerry
Logistics, KLm, Schenker and other international
logistic organisations.
Phase 2 is now underway and Prologis Fokker
Logistics Park is expected to double in size in the
next two to three years.
