2016 Sponsorship Opportunities
A message from the 2016 Tournament Chair
Our province continues to top the list
as the most generous in Canada. We
understand and respect philanthropy—
we know it lifts our community and
makes it better for us all.
That generosity is the sustaining force
behind an essential network of hundreds
of United Way programs, partnerships,
and services that remain ready for our
co-workers, neighbours, friends and
family.
It’s something we can all be proud of—a
tradition of caring that participants of the
United Way golf tournament support.
In 2015 the tournament crossed the $1 million mark. This milestone represents a lot of change for
more than 250,000 Winnipeggers who visited United Way agencies last year!
About 150 golfers—corporate and media leaders in our community—will come together at Bel Acres
Golf & Country Club again in 2016 for the 24th Annual United Way Golf Tournament. It is, as always,
one of the premier fundraising tournaments in our city, and just a ton of fun.
I invite you to sponsor this important and worthwhile tournament to strengthen and grow our
community. It is a true investment, which will pay dividends for years to come!
In this book, you will find sponsorship opportunities to fit every corporate niche, need, and budget.
Have a browse, and call any one of us listed on the back page to talk about becoming a part of this
great day!
