First footprint in Indonesia
Vallourec takes stakes in PT Citra
Tubindo, the leading provider
of premium OCTG connections in
Indonesia, and adds NS connections
to the VAM® product line.
In 2009, Vallourec increases its footprint in the Asia
Pacific region by acquiring 78.2% of PT Citra Tubindo.

Vallourec
introduces its
first dopefree
solution.

VAM TOP® FETM
Vallourec launches
the first riser connection.
2010
VAM® BOLTTM
Vallourec launches a new large

deepwater.

Expanding in Saudi Arabia
Vallourec acquires Saudi Seamless Pipes

New R&D centre in Brazil
