There are some steep ascents / descents in places due to the natural contours of the land. For Satellite Navigation please use: Distance: 2.25 km / 1.4 miles. Allow: 1 hour. Public Transport users: In summer months a free shuttle bus runs between Loggerheads Country Park and Moel Famau Country Park. See www.traveline-cymru.info to plan your journey. Surface: Compact stone in most places with some sections of grass and soil. Parking: Available in the Forestry Commission car park. There is a £1 charge to enter the car park. Path Width: Minimum of 50cm for short sections. Toilets: Available in the toilet block adjacent to the Forestry Commission car park. Slopes: One set of 15 steps 15-20 cm high. Other amenities: Refreshments are available at Loggerheads Country Park, We Three Loggerheads Pub, and the Druids Inn Llanferres. Ascents / descents: There are four gates on the route, with a minimum clearance of 90cm. Bring waterproof clothing and wear appropriate footwear. In summer months wear sunscreen.
