Ink Away is not only effective, it’s also incredibly easy to
use. No dilution is required, just gentle agitation and blotting
will release even the toughest stains from the most delicate
carpet fibers.
An Example and Usage Instructions
Problem: Ink on carpet.
What you’ll need: Matrix Ink Away, Spotting Towel,
Tamping Brush, Bone Spatula, and an Extractor.
Usage Instructions:
1. Apply Matrix Ink Away undiluted to spot.
2. Gently agitate area with a bone spatula, working
from the outside of the spot in towards the center.
3. Blot the area carefully from the outside in with a
spotting towel.
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. It may be
necessary to repeat all steps if some ink residue
is remaining.
Note: Each manufacturer of ballpoint pen ink has its own patent on their specific ink formula. Because these inks have unique
compositions, some may respond positively to treatment while
others may respond poorly. Be sure to warn your customer that
total removal cannot be guaranteed.
