XSAMS meeting, October 3–5, 2011,NIST, USA Atomic Database Spectr-W3 for Plasma Spectroscopy and Applications Current Status and Perspectives S.V. Gagarin, P.A. Loboda, S.V. Morozov, V.V. Popova, Russian Federal Nuclear Center – All-Russian Institute of Technical Physics Atomic database Spectr-W3 for plasma spectroscopy and other applications: spectr-w3.snz.ru Spectr-W3 database > 450000 records Currently: 81000 visits since November 2, 2002 included in the family of special-purpose atomic databases on the Web ( @ plasma-gate.weizmann.ac.il) integrated into the IAEA General Internet Search Engine for Atomic Data GENIE (www-amdis.iaea.org/GENIE) access from VAMDC portal to Spectr-W3 database was implemented IAEA (www-amdis.iaea.org/GENIE) VAMDC node for Spectr-W3 ADB http://spectr-w3.snz.ru/vamdc • XSAMS results: Database copy and developers node http://spectrw3.snz.ru/vamdc-dev Changes (Reregistration) to developer registry http://casx019-zone1.ast.cam.ac.uk/registry/ Spectr-W3 ADB site copy for developer http://spectr-w3.snz.ru/dev/ Export into XML-file with XSAMS 0.2 standard for Energy levels, Ionization potential and Spectral lines. Query results and XML-file with XSAMS 0.2 standard Spectr-CD – xSAMS data export (XSAMS 0.2). Error diagnostics Parsing algorithm to appropriately describe atomic levels (example for ((2p4 3P)3d)4P1/2 ) Future activities Inclusion of new experimental and theoretical atomic data to the Spectr-W3 ADB. Further expansion of capabilities of the Spectr-W3-xSAMS data export / import interface. Full-scale export and import, that would involve parsing of detailed spectroscopic information (int. terms / total angular momenta of open shells or open-shell combinations) Efforts on further development of VAMDC-XSAMS schema under the VAMDC Project
