Help is available to address problems related to
gambling, such as financial strain, debt and/or
relationship challenges. OLG offers information on
referrals at www.knowyourlimit.ca.
Information and treatment referral services are
offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week from
the Ontario Problem Gambling Helpline
(1-888-230-3505 and email or online chat at
www.problemgamblinghelpline.ca). The helpline
can assist you in finding treatment resources
for your area. The service is confidential and
anonymous and offered in over 140 languages.
