Meet LamorindaWeb’s reigning queen of creative crafts for kids, Diana
O’Daniels! Diana brings a wealth of early education knowledge and
experience to LamorindaWeb, and we’re pleased to have her on hand to
coordinate activities for our “younger” Home Expo attendees.
LamorindaWeb couldn’t be more proud of the middle school students representing the Stanley Opportunity Knocks service organization. These
tweens and teens give their time selflessly to the community throughout
the school year, even on weekend days like Jan. 28, 2012.
We encourage all Home Expo attendees to consider buying a meal from
the Bookmark Cafe table. A unique and convenient cafe, located in the
heart of downtown Lafayette, at the Library and Learning Center. Quick
and delicious lunches, snacks and drinks will be available.
Make a difference in an at-risk child’s life by stopping by the Girl Scout
booth, where they’re making no-sew blankets for Foster A Dream. Foster
children have a chance to succeed in life, thanks to the guidance, direction
and assistance provided by this admirable agency.
A Campolindo grad is making a difference on a global scale - and you can,
too. Donate a knit hat at Home Expo and it will make its way to needy
children in a Swaziland village. Zach Lassiter still has ties to Lamorinda,
which makes his mission on behalf of Greater World Village something
we can all get behind.
