Be Part of Nevada’s Growing
Dairy Industry
A 2 million pound per day, state-of-the-art dairy ingredient facility is being built in Fallon, Nev. While Fallon
already is home to a vibrant dairy industry, the addition of this plant increases the need for local milk by
approximately 1.2 million pounds of milk per day.
Through a partnership with the City of Fallon, Nevada Dairy Commission and Dairy Farmers of America,
Inc. (DFA), a national dairy farmer-owned milk marketing cooperative, an effort is underway to attract
interested dairy producers to help supply this plant.
If you are looking to expand or relocate your dairy operation, consider Nevada.
