Feb. 12 Ready, Aim HIRE! Ready, Aim RETAIN! presented by Pam Earnest, HR Professional, Ardagh Group Please note, workshop will be held on Thursday due to holiday schedule. Page 5 The Chamber Matters This seminar details how to effectively hire employees (venues for advertising a position, what to ask, what not to ask, effective interview questions, the process). The workshop will also discuss the high cost of a new employee and how to better retain your good staff. It will cover best practices for efficiently and legally removing an employee of duties and moving them along.
