The Great Hall - with its Italian
pink walls and fine 18th century

cooler days the open fire is lit.
Beyond The Great Hall is the
Saloon, with polished oak
floorboards and stunning views
across the ornamental lake.
The
Ballroom
has
been
completely renovated and is the
ideal space for presentations,
exhibitions, lunches or dinners.
The Ballroom retains views
across the lake and parkland and
has access to the formal West
Terrace for guests to enjoy if the
weather is good.

The Orangery

will find our outdoor event site;
160 acres of flat well drained
parkland and parking for up to
14,000 cars.
Madcroft is the perfect location for

car shows and can accommodate
up to 20,000 people. Whatever

Kelmarsh Hall has an exclusive use policy which offers clients the choice of a venue hire fee or day delegate
packages depending on your event requirements.
Our experienced team can offer bespoke packages to cater for your individual requirements and will be happy
to discuss which package is the best option for your event.
VENUE HIRE FEE INCLUDES:
• Exclusive use of Kelmarsh Hall on the day of your event which includes use of The Great Hall, Saloon
and Ballroom
• Coordination of your event both prior to and on the day with your dedicated Event Manager
• Arrival, mid-morning & afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits
• Water throughout the day
• Projector & 6ft screen
• Note pads & pencils for the tables

The Kelmarsh Trust is an independent charitable trust established in 1982, set up by
the Lancaster family who were the last family members to reside in the Hall.
Its primary purpose is public access, education and conservation of the Grade I listed
Kelmarsh Hall, its Grade II* Gardens and traditional Estate in perpetuity for the Nation.
All profits from our trading company, Kelmarsh Events Limited
are gift aided to the Kelmarsh Trust.
