Unusual Characteristic: The Puli’s coat is definitely “one-of-a-kind”! The undercoat is wooly, soft, and dense, while the outer coat is long, eventually growing into “cords”. These cords offer protection from the harsh Hungarian winters. Average Size: 16-17 inches in height, 30 pounds (although the dog seems much larger because of all that hair!)
