Ultraviolet (UV) radiation causes oxidative damage to cellular
and skin cells which can cause
skin cancer, alter the behavior of
skin cancer (typically making the
cancer more aggressive), and cause

of selenium for UV light-induced

PHYTO-C Selenium in C Serum features Selenium,
L-Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Retinol (Vitamin A), and
α-tocopherol (Vitamin E) which act synergistically and
neutralize free radicals produced when UVA & UVB rays
interact with cell membranes and other components of
skin tissue.
Unlike sunscreen, Selenium in C serum can be applied
to substantially increase and maintain the antioxidant

levels of selenium, vitamin C, and vitamin E when applied

Selenium In C also works as an excellent anti-fungal

skin and is often used to treat dandruff, seborrhea, and
tinea versicolor (a fungus that discolors the skin).
