La Defense Offices
Almere, Netherlands
While the exterior of the La Defense office complex
blends into its urban landscape, its inner courtyard
is animated with colourful intensity, presenting the
building's tenants with ever-changing views. In
addition to Kawneer window and door systems,
the façade is clad with glass panels incorporated
with multi-coloured foil.

Tikal Futura
Guatemala City, Guatemala
The impressive Tikal Futura complex houses a luxurious
hotel, office space, shopping centre and full convention
centre. The eye-catching H-shaped building features
modified Kawneer curtain walls, fixed windows and
custom stack horizontals designed to accommodate
high seismic requirements. The system was fully
fabricated in the United States to allow for on-site
assembly and glazing in Guatemala.

With a dramatic, sweeping five-storey roof, Robert Gordon University’s Faculty of Health and Social Care includes state-of-the-art teaching facilities as well as laboratory and office spaces. The structure’s
intricate engineering and thermal performance requirements were achieved with Kawneer slope glazed and vertical curtain wall systems, casement and pivot windows, and entrance doors.

recognisable landmarks. The facility’s main entryways
feature Kawneer framing and durable wide stile
entrances, which are able to stand up to the millions
