Government of Canada • • • • The federal government is one of the largest buyers of goods and services in Canada Purchases approximately $15 - 20 billion in goods and services annually Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is the largest buyer of goods and services for the federal government. PWGSC manages procurement for over 100 federal departments and agencies.
