The ServSafe Food Safety Program was designed by
the National Restaurant Association and is nationally
recognized and accredited. Students can earn the
ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification,
accredited by the American National Standards Institute
(ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).

HOW IT WORKS...
• Register by mailing the completed registration form
attached with check or credit card information to
assure your place in the class.
• Pay the course fee of $100 for MRA members
or $160 for Non-members. Retests are $40 and
reschedules are $20.
• ServSafe course book will be mailed to you when
registration fee is received.
• Complete the home study lessons assigned to you.
• The examination will take place following a
comprehensive review session.
• Those who pass the final examination receive
a certificate from the MRA and the Educational
Foundation of the National Restaurant Association,
where certification is held in a transcript and is
valid for five years.
• Certificates will be mailed within 3 to 4 weeks after
course completion.
