Alumni Speak
Distinguished Alumni of the ASCI AMP have
spoken highly about the program. Many of the
AMP participants have been promoted to CMD
and ED positions.
Dr N K Raju, Executive Director(HR), Bharat
Dynamics Ltd
I was one of the participants for AMP-2015. It was
a wonderful experience in terms of design and
execution of the total programme. ASCI tied up
with good institutes in Europe as part of the
training. Both the components of Indian part at
ASCI and European part were nicely designed
covering all the contemporary topics.
I wish that AMP-2016 would also be a grand
success.
Shri B V Rama Gopal, Executive Director
(In-charge), Panipat Refinery &
Petrochemicals Ltd
It was indeed a proud privilege to be a part of
AMP2015 of ASCI which provided valuable
insights on the concepts of Leadership and
Strategies for sustainable future. This enabled me
to re-orient myself with focused approach towards
Leadership & Strategies, which I felt will
definitely benefit myself and my organisation.
During the course, the month long association with
professional fraternity from various Government
organisations was a wonderful learning
experience. The knowledge sharing sessions by
passionate and vibrant faculty at SDA Bocconi
coupled with the industry visits in Europe gave
insights of global perspective on various issues.
I am highly indebted to both ASCI and IOCL for
giving me this memorable experience in my
professional carrier which I will cherish for the
rest of life.
Shri V K Shukla, Executive Director, Indian Oil
Corporation Ltd
“AMP was a career changing experience for me as
it set me on a path with improved clarity of purpose,
renewed energy - and new lifelong friends.
I found the leadership module very interesting and
the application oriented teaching methods of the
faculty made it easy to understand and see the
relevance of the concepts to actual practice”.
Shri V A Katne, DGM - HR (I/C), Hindustan
Petroleum Corporation Ltd
ASCI'sAMP was truly a paradigm shifting program.
The value for me was the focus on the different
thinking and perspectives of Europeans while
handling business problems. The networking
opportunities with other Indian members of
the group greatly enhanced the learning from team
dynamics and was a experiential learning
experience. The faculty was very knowledgeable
and equipped with the latest research findings /
market trends and used inspiring methods for
transfer of knowledge.
Ms Sujata S Londhe, Dy General Manager
(Commercial Retail SBU), Hindustan
Petroleum Corporation Ltd
Attending AMP-2015 programme of ASCI
brought about paradigm shift in my outlook and
approach as a leader.
The program covered modules on how to lead
strategic change in the ever changing world and to
have sustainable growth for the organisations.
The participants were senior executives from
PSUs and interactions with them proved to be an
enriching experience In addition to the classroom
sessions, company visits in Europe, was a useful
