Avenue, just west of the Henrico County line, with over 2.1 million

of Richmond, the park has easy access to major roads and interstate

West Creek has identified a 400 acre parcel with great frontage on
the west side of I-288 for the light industrial user to locate within
the park. This site will be accessed by Tuckahoe Creek Parkway
and also Hockett Road. Most of the infrastructure is at the site but
an internal parkway system will need to be built to access this 400
acre site. This is an excellent site for any company that needs
room to grow.
