Welcome to Village Beach 2016! Thurrock’s very own family festival and celebration of local talent returns to Grays for the second year, and we are super excited about this year’s line up. TOMA The Other MA - Metal’s alternative art education model, set up by practicing artists. It seeks to ignite questions around the value of education, part art installation, part discussion site, TOMA will explore these questions through discussions: recordings available to listen to all day in the beach hut.
