For almost 20 years, Levelton’s business waste recycling program diverted paper, cardboard, aluminum, plastic products, electronics, and concrete materials for re-use. An internal audit shows that Levelton saves approximately 280 cubic yards from the landfill and 96,126L of water, 213 trees and 48,871kW of electricity every year! When diverting these items from municipal landfills, the Company also avoids releasing 5455kg of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.
