Page 2 Wedding Venues MT. BACHELOR LAWN AND HISTORIC GREAT HALL Accommodates up to 350 guests Mt. Bachelor Lawn is located directly behind the Great Hall and situated along the Little Sunriver. It features stunning views of the Meadows golf course and a backdrop of Mt. Bachelor. The paver stone patio with a large private fire pit connects your guests to the historic Great Hall, one of the most unique and stunning venues you will find in all of the Pacific Northwest. The Great Hall combines dramatic lodge pine elegance, with a true feeling of mountain comfort at the same time. From the hand peeled timbers to the river rock fireplace the venue is truly amazing. HOMESTEAD LAWN AND HERITAGE ROOM Accommodates up to 80 guests This beautifully landscaped outdoor setting is located adjacent to the Heritage room. This lawn area provides views of Mt. Bachelor and offers an intimate park-like setting surrounded by old growth Ponderosa Pines and Aspen trees. The newly transformed Heritage room features natural wood paneling and a wall of windows that offers dramatic views of the meadows and Mt. Bachelor. It walks onto a paver stone private patio with a stone fire pit for you and your guests to enjoy. The rustic barnlike feel naturally blends into the historic surroundings of the Great Hall. BESSON COMMONS Accommodates up to 350 guests Besson Commons, our newest outdoor venue, is ideal for a more casual setting. Adjacent to the main lodge, this space features bocce ball courts, paver stone patio areas and two large fire pits. It is surrounded by lush green grass and an abundance of trees. This space can accommodate both your wedding ceremony and reception. During inclement weather, a tent rental may be required. CALDERA SPRINGS LAKE AND LAKEHOUSE Accommodates up to 32 guests – September thru May Caldera Springs Lake and Lakehouse is a perfect venue for smaller intimate weddings. You and your guests will enjoy exclusivity during the time of your wedding ceremony and reception. Lakeside features fire pits, a sandy beach, stone patio and a grand fireplace. The living room is a warm and inviting space for all your guests to enjoy. It features a billiards table, shuffle board and many other games for family and friend entertainment. We find that once people see this venue they truly fall in love again. FIRESIDE ROOM Accommodates up to 30 guests Our most intimate venue tucked right inside the Great Hall features a grand rock fireplace, natural wood floors and paneling and is perfect for a small wedding or your rehearsal dinner. fall in love again. Families in your party will appreciate the added space and amenities, including complete kitchens in Sunriver Resort’s rental homes and condos. For your honeymoon, consider one of our romantic, ultra-luxurious cabins or a River Lodge guest room filled with high-end furnishings and upscale amenities. Others will love the comfort and convenience of our lodge’s hotel-style guest rooms, which recently underwent a complete transformation. Preferred rates will be offered to all of your guests, and your catering manager will be happy to provide you with more information regarding lodging options. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS With 300 days of sunshine a year and fresh, dry, fluffy powder in the winter, the high desert country of Central Oregon is an idyllic playground for people of all ages. Enjoy fly-fishing at more than 150 rivers and lakes and outdoor adventures, such as hiking, biking or rock climbing at Smith Rock. Skiers will revel in an abundance of snow sports at Mt. Bachelor, the sixthlargest ski area in the nation. Add to that the thriving urban community of Bend, Oregon, with its impressive selection of restaurants, breweries, cafés, events, and art galleries, and you and your guests are in the middle of what some consider true paradise. Page 4 Wedding Celebrations FOOD AND BEVERAGE minimums Each reception venue has a food and beverage minimum along with a venue fee. This varies by season, time of day and day of week. The package that you choose, plus bar/beverage revenue would apply, in addition to any snacks that you provide in the bride and groom dressing rooms. LODGING minimums There is a lodging commitment associated with each reception venue. The minimums do vary by season and day of week. Your catering manager will provide you with specific information. All hotel style guest rooms, condos, town homes, homes and cabins would apply for the entire length of your guests stay. WEDDING COORDINATION To ensure a flawless event we highly recommend hiring a professional wedding coordinator to assist you with your wedding planning, rehearsal, ceremony and day of needs. Your catering manager can provide you with a list of suggested vendors. MENU SELECTION Final menu selections must be submitted to your catering manager no later than thirty days prior to your wedding. Your catering manager can assist you in tailoring any menu if you wish. Please note that all food and beverage is subject to a 22% service charge. The service charge does not apply towards the minimum. All food and beverage must be provided by Sunriver Resort unless prior approval has been received. Items may change seasonally.
