First Aid Making new crew feel wanted and useful. Getting them involved Teaching new crew also makes them feel wanted and useful. Priority would be the VHF. Navigation and chart reading. Relaxing and Enjoying Cruising The experience of seeing the land from the sea CREW WANTED Must have the following attributes. A good listener Good patience Able to take abuse Able to cook Not too prone to sea sickness Available at short notice Good with hands (especially for sanding and anti-fouling)
