uided by our conscience and motivated by intense love
of God, people of all walks of life do worthy services
for the uplifting of human life and its environment.
Loving and God fearing families work together for the
enrichment of their family life. Concerned citizens cooperate in
the church and municipal improvement plans.
Tour our town. See and feel the positive changes going
on. Notice our wide, orderly, clean wharf? The behavior of our
cargador? Our marketplace? The boat ticketing
section? Food delicacy vendors? The travelers waiting
area? The transportation terminals? The plaza? The
municipal building and its surroundings? The widened
cemented road in the poblacion? The barangay roads?
The most longed water supply?
Station of the Cross.
If the promise of our Hon. Congressman Rene Relampagos
and our Hon. Mayor William Jao to widen and cement the road
from Ubojan to the Prayer Mount, pilgrims and tourists can
visit the place and enjoy the panoramic view of our beautifully
landscaped town.
When the Church and the state harmoniously work together to
do their best for the greater honor and glory of God, an attractive
Bouquet of orchids to the municipal officials led
by our work-oriented Municipal Mayor!
Our faith growth and development? The dedicated
missionary spirit of our parish priest Rev. Fr. Marlon J.
Lumanas, improve the spiritual, physical, constructive
conditions of our parish. The GSK and all the chapel
Eucharistic Masses develop the feeling of importance
and recognition among the parishioners. They
understand better their worth before God and their
fellowmen. Charity, service and voluntarism in any
church activity are actively cooperated. Serving the
best audible church system, painting the church and
the “Alleluiahan”, fixing the church roofing and gutter,
utilizing the rain from the church gutter depositing it in the two big
water tanks to supply the convent and parishioner toilet, reduced
the electricity expenses, renovating the dilapidated bell tower,
fixing and painting pews and pretty soon the making of a new
Baptistry are visibly seen. A Prayer Mount is made by our CWL
unit at Genonocan where the 14th station Big Cross is mounted
and the 14 ft. tall image of our Lady of all Nations was installed,
extending the Good Friday devotion to the sacrificial outdoor
and progressive community sprout. Spread the civilization of love
through unconditional love, services, and commitment to God.
God cares, God provides. We pass through this life but once and
the upholding of our customs and tradition will be treasured from
generation to generation.
“Go show us the way to true peace through Mary, the Mother
of All Nations.”

his year’s edition of the TANDA MAGAZINE depicts the transition of Tubigon from past to present with the theme
“Through the Years”. Shown in the cover are the sceneries of the Tubigon Port, Downtown Tubigon, and the Kiosk
located in the middle of the town plaza, then and now, with the image of San Isidro Labrador positioned in the center
of the cover laden in a carosa filled with bountiful harvest along with a couple paying homage to the patron.

Through the years

here’s always nothing as constant as change. The
flowers would not bloom unless it starts from a bud.
A man cannot be called a man unless he changes
from a boy to a man, nor a woman be called a woman unless she
undergoes the transformation, from a girl to a woman.
Tubigon in the 1950s
As time goes by, our beloved town of Tubigon has been
moving forward, toward the gates of development. Like the flower,
it slowly opens up its petals, morphing into an entity of beauty
for everyone to see. This phenomenon would not have happened,
if not for the efforts of our past and present administrators and
law-making bodies, and the Tubignons who have exerted their
maximum effort in building a thriving municipality that has now
emerged to be one of the first-class municipalities in the province.
“Through the years” – a theme which mirrors the transition
of our dear Tubigon from past to present, reminds us of the greater
state of development the municipality has embraced. For decades
of struggle to become one thriving municipality, we finally can
see it, the progress we now grasp within the corners of Tubigon.
From the wooden walls and concrete floors of the Old
Tubigon Market rose the modern Tubigon
Commercial Complex. The town plaza, which
lies in the heart of the town, is now the main
Christmas attraction to tourists and locals
with its gleaming lights hung over the towering
trees situated within the area. Highlighting
the town is the Tubigon Port, which has the
nearest access to and from Cebu for tourists
both local and international – one distinct
feature of Tubigon.
Albeit the advent of technology and
innovation, Tubignons remain truthful and
loyal to the heritage and culture passed in to us
from generation to generation. However ample
the influence of modern technology is, we still
follow our traditions religiously. And one of
the best examples of these traditions is our
religious conviction
and our deep devotion
in the Almighty.
Our country is
the only Catholic
Nation in Southeast
Asia. No wonder
why we regularly and
faithfully hear masses,
attend processions,
The town plaza during Christmas season
and all other forms of
religious activities to show our religious fervor. However, this
tradition also creates a strengthened bond in the community.
But among all these, there is a distinct value that builds up
our being Tubignons – the spirit of brotherhood. It is inherent
in each one of us to practice solidarity and camaraderie. If not
for our continuous outpouring of efforts for the betterment of
our community, such development that we experience would
not be possible.
According to a quote by Tony Robbins, “By changing
nothing, nothing changes.” And yes! We were able to pull off the
right amount of magic from our sleeves in crafting change. We
managed to paddle our way to progress, despite the huddle that
we have to handle. And by these changes we have to make, we
now have the brighter Tubigon we have long been dreaming of.
Through the years, many have changed, from the façade of
the town, to the trend of the modern townsfolk proliferating all
over the community. Yet we still cling on to the examples set
before us by our ancestors. We still are able to blend tradition
and innovation like colors weaved into a beautiful tapestry that
paints the exquisite picture of our beloved Tubigon, as we move
forward to a flourishing community. Abante Tubigon!

y warmest greetings to the residents of
Tubigon, Bohol, and the parishioners
of the Parish of Saint Isidore the
Farmer, as you celebrate your Annual Town Fiesta.
The fiesta is a time of thanksgiving for the
bounty we receive throughout the year. It is also
a time to take pride in your unique identity as a
municipality while reaffirming your values and
showing generosity to your fellow citizens. Saint
Isidore, the patron saint of farmers, exemplified
the virtue of kindness towards the poor. Let his
example be your guide as you define your virtues
as a community and as individuals. May you
commit to heart his model of compassion and
continue contributing to the positive growth of our
country.
I also ask that you remain as partners with the
government, as we devote ourselves in service
to the people. We desire to maintain integrity and
transparency in our institutions in order to bring
about inclusive and equitable progress to our
society. May you have a happy and meaningful

I trust that the festivities will not only serve to remind
you of all the blessings you have received, but will also
inspire you to keep working hard and pushing towards
success for your families, your parish and the rest of
your community.
May the fiesta allow you to continue to foster your

This event is an opportunity for our families, relatives

upon us His generosity and love. In this year’s
merriment, may we foster relationships with others
and learn to share our blessings as well.
As we celebrate this joyous juncture, may we not
forget to give honor and thanks to our Patron Saint
of Farmers for the bountiful harvests and blessings
received. Let us pray and bring glory to Saint Isidore
the Farmer as He continues to bless us in the years
to come.
I would like to commend the officials, organizers
and Parishioners from the LGU and the Parish
of Saint Isidore the Farmer for their joint dynamic
and collaborative efforts in pursuing the success
of this special occasion that greatly manifests and
exemplifies our innate qualities and tradition.
May our hospitality that is uniquely Bol-anon be

Your town motto is a fitting tribute to Saint
Isidore, the patron of farmers who devoted himself
to agriculture as his form of service to our Lord
Jesus Christ and became a great exemplar of
Christianity as such. I am aware that farmers and
fishermen comprise the majority of our people and
your patron’s life is a fitting guide and inspiration for
all of them.
I am therefore optimistic that with this spiritual
light, Tubigon in particular, and Bohol in general,
will soon be climbing the heights of sustainable
development slowly but surely. Let us solidify our

Fiestas are one of the most awaited occasions
in a year. It is our tradition as Boholanos to prepare
way in advance for the celebration of our annual
festivities which include the gathering together for the
homecoming of family and friends.
The celebration of the feast day of Saint Isidore
the Farmer is doubly significant as it is the time to
give thanks to the Patron Saint for the abundant
blessings of good health and prosperity received the
past year and with fervent prayer for the continuing of
bounty for the coming years.
As I join you in this joyous event, let this occasion
be also the time for renewal of our commitment of

people of Tubigon as well as the parishioners
of the Saint Isidore the Farmer on the occasion
of your Annual Town Fiesta on May 14-15, 2012.
Festive moments always conjure a picture of
fulfillment and great expectations. It is always a
great feeling that we look forward to our loved ones,
some coming from foreign shores, just to attend and
cherish memories of yesteryears and to renew our
bonds and solidarity with relatives and friends. The
different fiesta-related activities that are lined up are
not even enough to afford us the opportunities to
reminisce past memories.
As the fiesta atmosphere is forthcoming, let
us also reflect the life of Saint Isidore who was an
ordinary farmer in an ordinary community but has
contributed a lot to our church for his exemplary
deeds.

The Fiesta, a tradition that is both unique and
revered in our country, is a day of sharing one’s
blessings and accomplishments especially with those
who have less in life. It is also a time for reflection
and a time for thanksgiving to the good Lord, for His
infinite blessing of good health, true friends, a loving
family, and a year of prosperity.
Amidst the revelry, I hope that we shall all continue
to foster the strong cooperation and bayanihan spirit
that Tubignons are known for. Rest assured that we,

longside the entire Local Government

warmest felicitations to every Tubignon,

iesta is here again, it is the time of sociocultural activities and more importantly our
religious manifestations to our unfading love
to our patron saint St. Isidore the Farmer.
Another year for festivity and gaiety has once
again transpired within the corners of our budding
town of Tubigon. Every year, we celebrate with
thanksgiving the bountiful blessings laid upon our
every home through the vibrant Tanda Festival.
It is the time of reunion of families and friends living
outside Tubigon. It is the time that everyone cherishes
to celebrate the family bonding between loved ones
and relatives. As we all know how we yearn to see our
families, relatives and friends back into our folding arms
reminisce all the memories we want to treasure most.
My dear Tubignons, as we journey towards the
realization of our goals and aspirations towards
development, let me remind you that never will
we be able to build a thriving community without
your cooperation. If it weren’t for your continued
support, the progress we now experience would
not have been possible.
As we celebrate Tanda Festival with utmost
delight, let us be reminded of the beautiful heritage
passed on by our ancestors, and the culture of
unity and uniformity handed down from generation
to generation. And as we look forward to a better
future, let us not forget the lessons of the past that
molded us to become a better community.
Lastly, I am wishing that this event may cause
us to celebrate for the renewed bonds of families
and friends, and most of all, the deepened faith
in the Most High through the intercession of San
Isidro Labrador!
I therefore hope that as we celebrate our town
fiesta we may able to strengthen and renew our faith
and commitment to strive hard and follow the Christian
virtues so as we could combat the hard times now as
we battle Global Warming/Climate Change and the
high cost of fuel oil followed by high cost of living.
Lastly, allow me to greet each and every Tubignon,
friends and visitors a very happy fiesta celebration.

O
ith my paternal solicitude, I wish to convey
my warmest greetings and congratulations
to the People of Tubigon on the occasion
of your annual town fiesta in honor of St. Isidore the
Farmer, your patron saint and intercessor.
n the occasion of the observance of
the feast of St. Isidore the Farmer, I am
extending to you my beloved parishioners
and devotees my fervent wish for a memorable and
grace-filled celebration.
As you express your gratitude to God for His
unwavering goodness and generosity all throughout
these years, kindly instill in your collective consciousness
your shared common journey as a people. The
strong cooperation that has shaped your town is
a clear manifestation of your desire to promote the
common good and to foster the best interests for your
constituents. It is indeed very true that collaboration
in the development of the whole person and of every
human being is in fact a duty of all towards all, and
must be shared by everyone (Solicitudo Rei Socialis #
28-29). Development which is not only economic must
be measured and oriented according to the vocation
of man seen in his totality, including his interior and
spiritual dimension. There is no doubt that our people
need a community, its created goods and the products
of industry for the good and betterment of their lives.
Through your proper management and disposal of the
created goods intended for the material and economic
well-being of persons, you contribute much to the
promotion of human welfare and the betterment of the
economic life of your most-beloved Tubigon.
As Christians reared in the ways as well as in the
rich culture of our race, we always adhere to the ageold tradition linked to St. Isidore, the holy farmer, who
was a simple plowman who had a good and generous
heart. He truly served God in the fields and his acts of
kindness and mercy by sharing what he had, even his
meals with the poor and often giving them more than
he had for himself.
It is my fervent hope and prayer that the
Municipality of Tubigon and its people will continue to
be good witnesses of cooperation and service and an
outstanding exemplar of hard work and cooperation.
It is for this reason that we should celebrate such
occasion to thank God for his steadfast love and
providential guidance to us, through the intercession
of St. Isidore. It is also an opportune time for renewing
and reliving the unique bond that has kept us intact and
united as a parish. Religious event like this, gives us a
lasting reminder that we are never alone in times of joy
and sorrow, that St. Isidore accompanies and journeys
with us in the ups and downs of life.

commitment in alleviating misery among our brethren,
thus eradicating poverty in our society.

“Access to potable
water supply”: a top
development agenda of
the local government...
A
fter decades of frustration over the inaccessibility and unavailability of potable
water to households in our municipality,
“the light at the end of the tunnel” can now be
seen as Phase I of the much awaited waterworks
development program of Tubigon is almost
complete. The project under contract with MAC
Builders is due to be commissioned by the end of
April and will be on trial thereafter. Phase I covers
eighteen barangays including special filling stations
for the island residents and accounts for at least
60% of our total households. Once operational, and
crossing our fingers that the system design which
was prepared by the University of San CarlosWater Resources Center works according to its
specifications, these areas will be able to enjoy a 24
hour water service with sufficient pressure to reach
at least a three-storey building at lowest point.
Pipe laying in Brgy. Matabao
on the pipeline, that would mean all coastal and
lowland barangays will be served by our waterworks
system and will have access to potable water on
a twenty four hour basis. A separate program is
also currently initiated and implemented for our
upland communities which cannot be covered by
our integrated system because of topographic and
geographic consideration. It is the goal of the local
government to make potable water accessible to
every household in our municipality and all efforts
are exerted to achieving that.
Even as we are completing the first phase of
the program, Phase II was already being implemented
in the western low land sector of the Municipality.
Construction o Phase II, System I is currently on going
for the barangays of Villanueva, Matabao, Cahayag,
and Pandan and is expected to be commissioned
in late May. This project is being financed by a 10
million grant from the national government through
the “Sagana at Ligtas na Tubig sa Lahat” program
of the DOH, DILG and NAPC. Funding requirement
for system II which will cover barangays Ilijan Norte
and Panaytayon is now awaiting approval by the
Land Bank of the Philippines. With the two phases Waterworks personnel supervising testing of the system

After decades of waiting, the Department

F
or Tubignons around the world, in the Philippines
or abroad, the itch to come home during fiestas is
such a “craving like no other,” although sometimes
circumstances just won’t allow us to. At times, it may feel a bit
adverse but as it is always said, “we just can’t have it all.”
Nevertheless we try to make the presence of those who
aren’t able to make “Tanda” be felt by sharing their thoughts
and feelings about the festivity. Sharing their messages and
greetings for our fellow townspeople.

Secondly, the language may be English but the
spoken Canadian English sounds different from
the Filipino English we learned in school. There
has to be mutual adjustments when it comes
to thinking the same way, listening attentively
to understand, and speaking articulately to be
understood. Could this be the reason why most
people put aside their ambitions, becoming
contented with easier jobs? (In the 70s, multiculturalism was embraced in Canada and so
was bilingualism, declaring French and English
the country’s official languages. At just about this
time, family reunification was encouraged
and more immigrants from all

There are many other adjustments to make
(doing everything at work and at home without any
domestic help, etc.) but the above examples are
enough for us to think of what an immigrant, more
so a pioneer, faces on her first arrival in Canada.
Thirdly, in the ‘60s the grocery stores might
not have the ingredients for the Filipino dish we
are accustomed to eating, for example, the fresh
noodles for “pancit”, the fresh fish for the “kinilaw”,
or the banana/gabi for “binignit”. Obviously at
that time, meals were prepared from whatever
ingredients could be bought locally or one has to
get used to eating the easily obtained Canadian
food—sandwiches, hamburgers, hotdogs.

The BULONG IMANG experience
V
By: Reyna Omictin
iva Sr. San Isidro Labrador! – The mantra we hear over
and over again in the busy streets of Tubigon during
the 2nd week of May. It is by this line that we relive
and revive the cultural flare-up that we have traditionally stored in our
system. Viva! For we have been once again blessed by the Almighty
through the intercession of the Patron Saint for Farmers, Sr. San Isidro
Labrador.
From Villanueva to Macaas, Buenos Aires to Mocaboc, the TANDA
FEVER has soothed in to every corner of TUBIGON. People have been
looking forward to this time of the year where they witness with their
very own eyes the colorful culture that we posses. The old and the
young alike have readied themselves for another year of revelry and
gaiety.
Last year, we have seen the colorful exhibition of dances, a way
of expressing our devotion to our patron, showcased by the talented
young generation of Tubignon from the different barangays. We have
witnessed how their dancing flairs have entertained the masses and
provided a ton of delight to each and every one of us.
The Bulong Imang Streetdancing and Showdown was made extra
special with the presence of the highly distinguished AVATAR inspired
Sinulog Float of the International Pharmaceuticals Incorporated. The
awe-inspiring presence of the float amused the entire community with
its gigantic floats followed by the lively Latin Band, providing the street
beat for everyone to jive.
What seemed to be just a humble town’s street dancing turned out to be like the junior version of Cebu’s Sinulog
Festival, as hundreds and thousands of people graced the event. And of course, who would forget the astounding presence
of Congressman Rene Relampagos, who admitted surprise, on how a small town could stage such staggering show. All of
these, we give credit to the Association of Barangay Captains (ABC) for bringing the best of their barangays for the world
to see.
This year, a twist has been formed by the committee to enhance several segments in the competition. Unlike last year,
the contest has been opened to interested contingents from the Visayas Region, with a maximum of 100 members, to let
other groups display their own adaptation of the Tubignon culture, mixed with their own touch of artistry.
So Tubignons, let us once gain experience the vivacity
and the exuberance of the season, and let us all, with
one voice, shout: “Viva Tubigon!”

TUBIGON WEST DISTRICT:
COMMITTED AND DEDICATED TOWARDS QUALITY EDUCATION
Q
uality education is the main goal for the delivery
of educational services. Someone has said that in
the race for quality, there is no finish line. Indeed,
Tubigon West District is always aiming to uplift the quality of
education because today the challenge is very clear in our
minds that we need to produce competent children who can
follow the world of modernization and globalization. School
administrators and teachers of Tubigon West District perform
their utmost duties and responsibilities to achieve the vision
for the Filipino learner which is “every learner to be functionally
literate, equipped with skills, appreciative on arts and sports,
and imbued with the desirable values of a person. For the
threads which make up the fabrics of a child’s experiences of
learning and growing are very closely interlinked and cannot
easily be disentangled; so, it is important that the schools
should be sensitively aware of and involved with the world
outside of its walls.
For school year 2011-2012, Tubigon West District excels
in different academic and extra-curricular activities. In the 32nd
National Super Quiz Bee Elementary Mathematics, Joannah
Pauline Cruz got the first place in ESA level. She also won in
different contests such as Math quiz, MTAP-Math Challenge,
poster making, photojournalism and editorial writing in division
and regional level. On the other hand, Bless Cyra Bustamante
got the first place in the Rizal: Haligi ng Bayan Oratorical
Contest. Some of the other contests she participated in are
feature writing, news writing, essay writing, extemporaneous
speaking and MTAP DepEd Math Challenge in which she
won different awards. Pupils from grades 1 to 6 showed their

talents as they joined in the BSP/GSP Talents Quest Tuklas
ng Talino. Recently, TWCES participated in the Tubigon Arts
Festival wherein our contestants in balak, photography and
poster making won first place while our contestant in vocal
solo got Third Place. In the field of sports, Tubigon District
ranked as First Runners-up in the Congressional District Meet
where Tubigon West Central Softball Team is declared as
the champion. Tennis players Kate Norefi Argamosa won 3rd
Place and Mark Renzo Aranas won First Place while John
Michael Murcia, chess player was declared first in board 2
during the Provincial Meet at Candijay, Bohol. They were all
qualified during the CVIRAA Meet. Other TWCES athletes
who qualified during the CVIRAA Meet were Kristine Marie
Cambalon and Seraph Candia.
To make a difference in the delivery of educational services
to our youth today, schools in the district strictly adhere to
the Best School Based Management Practices. In fact, World
Bank, DepEd Central, Regional and Division Personnel and
other stakeholders constantly visit our school.
Moreover, we are proud of
our teachers and pupils who are
technologically advanced and skillful in
the use of computer and Internet. We are
also concerned about our environment,
as we support the national 1-billion tree
project wherein every teacher and pupil
plants one tree every month. “Gulayan
sa Paaralan” is also fully implemented by
the schools in the district. Pupils are also
trained to be responsible leaders through
Supreme Pupil Government where they
experienced campaigning and casting their votes. ParentsTeachers-Community Association is also strengthened.
Tubigon West District feels the sense of well-being
and fulfillment when our pupils succeed because we feel
responsible for helping pupils progress from one level to
another. Elementary schools serve as starting point toward
developing a better individual in our society.
Tubigon West District quests for excellence or quality
education does not stop. We continue to search for that
elusive dream of excellence. In other words, we never rest on
our laurels. For the coming school years, we aim that we can
produce competent and holistic learners who can meet the
challenge of tomorrow. As Dr. Jose Rizal said, “Our youth are
the hope of our land.”

Holy Cross Academy
Tubigon, Bohol
Member: Catholic Education of the Philippines (CEAP)
Bohol Association of Catholic Schools (BACS)
Every institution possesses a Past which is fondly
looked back at a Present which is carefully nurtured and
developed, and a Future which is eagerly looked forward to.
Holy Cross Academy is no exception.
It traces its history with the early missionaries from the
Society of the Divine Word (in Latin, Societas Verbi Divini
or SVD) who came to Tubigon in 1946. They opened the
first Catholic High School in this northern part of Bohol and
named it the Tubigon Catholic High School. The school
also became the first SVD School in the province. Rev.
Fr. Alphones Lesage and Rev. Fr. William Neuhoffer were
recognized founders of the school with Rev. Fr. Alphones
Lesage as the first school Director. On January 2, 1952,
Tubigon Catholic High School was changed to Holy Cross
Academy. The SVD fathers turned over the school to the
Diocese of Bohol with Msgr. Manuel Mascariñas as the
Bishop of the Diocese and Chairman of the Board. Rev.
Fr. Jovencio Sanchez was the first Diocesan Director. The
school was managed under succession of administrators
from the diocese of Tagbilaran.
HCA is a never ending story of courage, commitment
and service of people who entrusted themselves to God’s
Providence. It is a story of undying devotion to what is noble,
what is Christian. Yes! 66 years passed so swiftly and is now
a history since her founding; HCA has been living up to her
avowed vision, mission and goals as an instrument in the
promotion of quality education.
time, talent and treasure
The present administration, in their mission of forming

develop their God-given talents in order to serve mankind
and contribute towards common good and ultimately to
achieve personal fulfillment and happiness. Through the
years, they have produced more than a thousand men and
women who became trailblazers and successful in their own
field of endeavors.
With the blessings of God Almighty, the school is gaining
success as an institution of learning.

MAYOR’S CUP 2012
By: Reyna Omictin
“Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence wins
championships.” –Michael Jordan
with the set of activities prearranged for the
upcoming
TANDA FESTIVAL which will happen on May 5-17, 2012.
As a way of harnessing talents, Mayor
Jao stresses his thrust in providing an
avenue for skilled individuals to showcase
and be witnessed by Tubignons. Jao,
who has always been supportive in
every activity of the town, and who is a
basketball enthusiast himself, constantly
reminds Tubignons of the advantages
acquired in indulging into sports than in
illegal ways.
T
his quote reflects the axiom of the participating
teams of the MAYOR’S CUP 2012, the
official basketball tournament organized and
mobilized by Hon. William Richard Jao last March 30,
2012. For the second time, this athletic competition aims
to bring out the finest among the finest teams in town.
Twelve competent teams from different groups, and
private institutions participated in the competition such
as: Du Ek Sam, Tricycle Drivers Association, Tubigon
Business Professionals, PNP Police Force, Coca-Cola,
Tubigon Port (Batang Pier), Metrobank, Boheco, Mater
Dei College, LGU-Tubigon, Association of Barangay
Captains, and the Seamen and OFW. This event is in line
Every evening of Fridays and
Saturdays, Tubignons from all walks of
life gather around the St. Isidore Parish
Open Court to shout their cheers to their favorite teams.
In a way, the activity not only provides entertainment to
the people, but it also becomes an avenue for people
to meet new friends and renew bonds that have long
been fissured. After all, that is the essence of TANDA
FESTIVAL, to rekindle and revive that old Tubignon sense
of unity, amity and friendship.
Tubigon truly is more than what meets the eye. It is a
melting pot of arts and culture, something that makes us
proud to call ourselves TUBIGNONs. As the adage goes,
Abante Tubigon!
