RESOLUTION NO. 2016RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROCKLIN ACCEPTING AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION OF PUBLIC LANDSCAPE EASEMENTS (Whitney Ranch Phase II-B Unit 46AB / Old Ranch House Road) The City Council of the City of Rocklin does resolve as follows: The City Council of the City of Rocklin accepts and directs the City Clerk to record the Grant Deeds for public landscape easements attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and "B" and by this reference incorporated herein.
