Winery assures a unique and beautiful
setting, superb food, wine and
deluxe accommodation.
At Burrowing Owl Estate Winery, we understand that your
wedding is a special time. We offer wedding bookings in the
spring and late fall when our hospitality staff can offer their
complete and undivided attention to your bridal party’s needs.
Booking Dates: We accept wedding bookings in the spring until the end of
June, except the Victoria Day long-weekend in May. Fall bookings are available
after Thanksgiving weekend.
Accommodation: Our 11 room Guest House provides deluxe accommodation
for up to 26 guests. Room rates for various times of the year can be found at
http://www.bovwine.ca/rates.html A lovely buffet breakfast is included for
all overnight guests.
The Sonora Room Restaurant: The Sonora Room Restaurant at Burrowing Owl
seats a maximum of 70 people for a sit down dinner. Limited space can be
arranged for a DJ and dancing. A 3-course dinner menu begins in the $55 –
$60* range. The cuisine is as fresh, local and organic as possible with many
items being produced in-house. A limited amount of special/personal décor
may be added to the facilities.
Larger wedding ceremonies are held on the pool patio and the outdoor patio
chairs can be used for seating. Smaller groups sometimes choose the Fireplace
Lounge for a more intimate but equally scenic setting. The Wine Shop is also
available for use after hours for an additional charge.
