Following that There are more and I will pass them on as located. the hull was sprayed with “Dull Coat” .The result was that paint became crazed with large splits everywhere. He believes the crazing was caused because Acrylic paints are film formers and when dry the film is under tension and the organic solvent in Dull Coat broke the film and the tension produced the crazing.
