* A £10.00 deposit per person is required within
7 days of making your booking, provisional
bookings will automatically be released after
7 days.
* On Peak Dates we will require a £10.00 deposit
per person at the time of making your booking Peak Dates are noted on every calendar with the
colour pink.
* Final Payment is required THREE weeks prior to
your event date.
* Deposits are non refundable and non
transferable.

The Nottingham Gateway Hotel reserve the right to transfer a party
night and offer an alternative date with plenty of notice. You have
the right to request a refund of your deposit.
Places can be booked provisionally by telephone but must be
confirmed within 7 days with a deposit.
(Peak dates require a deposit at the time of booking.
Final payment is required THREE weeks prior to the event).
Deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable or transferable.
Multiple cheques/credit cards are not acceptable - one cheque/
card per party.
Once the booking is made we request that all communications
are made through the Christmas Office to avoid confusion.
Open Monday ‑ Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
Cheque and credit card payments can be sent by post, made
over the telephone or at reception. Cheques require 10 days
clearance. Cash payments can only be received at the hotel
reception desk ‑ please wait for your receipt.
The final balance for your event will be due 3 weeks prior to
the event or on a specific date which is listed in the Brochure.
Additional places booked after full payment has been made must
be paid for at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
Special Diets: Group’s organisers are requested to ensure that
all special dietary requirements are notified in advance and
confirmed in writing to the Christmas Co‑ordinator. If guests
require the Vegetarian Option then these need to be pre‑ordered
by Monday 26th November 2011. Upon receiving your order a
confirmation letter will be sent. Please can you ensure you receive
this as if this is not received then a pre‑order has NOT been made.
A special vegetarian selection is incorporated in all menus.
Wine: A special Festive Wine List is available. Due to the large
numbers attending these events, we strongly recommend that an
initial amount of wine is ordered and paid for in advance. This will
then be placed on the tables on arrival to ensure speedy service.
Although wine service is available at the tables, it is obviously
difficult to guarantee the quick execution of a large number of
orders placed on the night.
10. Dress Code: The dress code for all functions is smart casual
(strictly no jeans or trainers), unless otherwise stated in the
brochure. Management reserve the right to refuse admission.
Fancy dress is welcomed for our Party Nights.
11. Seating Arrangements: Table arrangements are at the discretion of
the event manager. Bows Restaurant offers straight tables with a
maximum of 10 guests on each table. Large parties will be seated
close together. The Nuthall Suite offers straight and round tables
to seat 10‑14 guests. Large parties will be seated close together.
Smaller parties will be combined to make up tables of 10‑14
(please note we will not split up small parties ‑ you will be seated
on the same table).
12. Drinks Service in Bows Restaurant: You will be asked for a credit
card guarantee if table service for drinks is required. Otherwise it
will be assumed that guests will go to the bar for service and pay
on a cash basis.
13. All our evening function are not suitable for under 18s unless
stated otherwise.
14. No wines, Spirits or Soft Drinks may be brought into the hotel by
guests for consumption on the premises, unless prior consent of
the management has been obtained and for which a charge will
be made.
