a leading role in greenfriendly initiatives.
Innsbrook was founded on a
commitment to the environment
and a preservation of green, open
space since “day one.” Today this
master planned 850-acre, mixeduse development has 340 acres
dedicated exclusively to green,
open space. For over 25 years,
Innsbrook has recognized the
significance of connecting business
to the environment by overcoming
development challenges with positive

INNSBROOK SALUTES EARTH DAY YEAR-ROUND (Continued)
As Innsbrook “Next” planning
phase gains momentum,
developers are encouraged to take a
lead role in working with clients and
tenants to be creative in the development
process to incorporate the benefits
of LEED green-friendly development
opportunities and certification.
Looking ahead to continue
Innsbrook’s success as a vibrant,
growing economic engine and an
environmentally responsible
community, Innsbrook “Next”planning
is designed to incorporate the best
practices embodied by LEED for
neighborhood development criteria.
Moving Innsbrook in this direction
translates into an enduring framework
of economic, social and environmental
sustainability of our community.

TO CLEAN UP THE LAKES OF INNSBROOK
It’s about getting together outside
the office to walk around the three
lakes of Innsbrook,
enjoy the scenery
and clean up any
bottles or trash that
may have found
their way to the
lakes’ edge.
We need your help
to keep the three
lakes of Innsbrook beautiful and clean
for all life to thrive. Donate your time
and energy to Innsbrook’s Lake
Clean-Up Day on Friday, April 23 from
11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Volunteers are
needed to pitch
in to do their part
and give back to the
environment.
We provide all the
clean-up supplies,
arrange to have
trash bags collected
and help you find the perfect spot on
the lake to clean up. Who knows,
you may see one of those picturesque
moments of ducks, hawks, egrets,
turtles, maybe even spot a largemouth
bass around the lakes’ edge. Bring your
camera and if you capture a nature
shot, submit it to Innsbrook.com/green.
Volunteer some time, enjoy the outdoors
and help get the job done!
To volunteer, contact Wendy Walton
at (804) 290-2164 or email
