WBNA - Chicago - West Bucktown Neighborhood Association
WBNA P.O. Box 477282 Chicago, IL 60647 info@westbucktown.org www.westbucktown.org WBNA Since the formation of the West Bucktown Neighborhood Association in 2006, WBNA members have been serving as a catalyst for positive change in the community. Our mission is to energize and mobilize residents to get involved. From the greening of our parks, to increasing safety and reducing crime, to connecting neighbors with each other and the City of Chicago, we seek out initiatives that promise to build a sense of community, beautify our surroundings, and instill pride in this wonderful urban neighborhood. Please visit us at www.westbucktown.org to learn more about the WBNA and the important work we do. The WBNA serves the area bounded by west of Western, east of California, north of North, and south of Armitage. People. Pride. Progress. We’re Making A Difference WBNA Board Members act as the “eyes and ears” of West Bucktown. You’ll find that we are very active across several key areas, including safety, zoning, and environmental initiatives. We work closely with 1st Ward Alderman Joe Moreno and his staff to stay on top of the issues affecting our community. We partner with the Maplewood and Lucy Flower Parks Advisory Council to keep our two parks thriving. We even organize regular social gatherings for neighborhood residents – young and old alike! Become A Member Today Membership in the WBNA is open to all residents and businesses and gives you access to the “inside scoop,” including regular electronic newsletters and email alerts. Annual dues are only $25 per household ($50 for businesses and organizations). Best of all, 100% of the money gets funneled back into West Bucktown! To activate your membership and learn more about how you can get involved, please visit us at www.westbucktown.org.
