Meadowvale Neighborhood
A system that includes a set of buildings that responds to present
and future needs of society. A system that can adapt to different
social and economic environments, which also addresses the
current sustainability needs.

DEVELOPED IN 1968
Family oriented neighbourhood
Originally a predominantly family oriented neighbourhood,
several schools and churches are located within the site.

• The social life, habits or traditions, adopted by the residents is low
• The identity of the neighborhood is not defined
• Lack on application of techniques, tools or skills that can
be used to develop a systematic objective
