Obviously, some things have changed since then. A group of school district purchasing professionals is currently working with the State Board of Education, the Auditor General and the Attorney General to update the rules in their entirety. Final approval of the rule revisions will be up to the State Board of Education. Find out what changes are in store for this major procurement rules revision.
