Manager’s Message
Like most of you, I am happy to see the flowers of spring pop up and am anxious to spend
more time outside. Springtime also is the time many of us finalize plans for summer camps
for our kids and those large extended family gatherings. We can’t help you with those camp
decisions but I am certain the information in this issue of The Registry Insider can provide
you with a number of wonderful opportunities to reunite with your friends and family in
some memorable locations.
If golf is part of your vacation wishes, check out the story on The Residence Club at
Tulleymore in Michigan. Summer and fall in this part of the country are spectacular
especially with the range of activities in and around the resort area. For families and groups
who prefer a more “low country” golf experience, Dye Villas in Myrtle Beach, South
Carolina would be a great choice. With the beach, shopping and entertainment all nearby
there will be no shortage of choices how to spend your time off the course. Make sure to

Each issue of The Registry Insider we highlight one of our Collection Partners in hopes that you will find an opportunity to fully
utilize your member benefits even when you are not on an exchange vacation with us. I have heard from a number of our members
that the number one requested partner category is short stay rental accommodations in highly demanded resort destinations. I
am very proud to announce that The Registry Collection® program has now partnered with The Wyndham Grand Collection,

Kalar returned from a recent visit to Quinta Real Huatulco, they
were eager to share their experience with us:
As a member of The Registry Collection® program, you enjoy

On the southern end of Tangolunda Bay, in Huatulco, Mexico,
two white domes rising above the leafy hillside signal your
approach into a Moorish-Mexican paradise. Quinta Real Huatulco

enjoyed professional service from Dieter, the hotel director as
well as from Hector, the concierge, who made arrangements for
flowers in our room, as well as a breakfast speaker to share with
us the history and culture of the region. Two restaurants offered
great views and excellent food.
“There were plenty of lounge chairs at the two pools and we had
our pick of palapas at the beach. We rented a car and drove in the
region without traffic and enjoyed the local food in town and at
restaurants along the beach. … During the week, our only major
decision was what bathing suit to wear, and our biggest crisis
was, ‘We ran out of suntan lotion!’ It was a great time and we
truly enjoyed it.”

Q&A’s
Q: I am not able to travel on my vacation exchange. May I rent it to guests?
A: No. The Terms and Conditions of The Registry Collection® program prohibit members from renting
accommodations that the exchange guest doesn’t actually own, because this space is owned by the depositor
of the interval. If you wish to have friends or family travel on your vacation exchange, you may call The
Registry Collection program and we will be glad to add a Guest Certificate to the vacation.
Q: I want to vacation for several consecutive weeks, back-to-back at the same property. Will I be able to
confirm them all at the same time?
A: Not usually. As an exchange company, we accept Member deposits for exchange between 365 and 90
days in advance their requested dates—consecutive weeks may not be available at the desired time. We will,
however, continue to search until 14 day before your start date. If the time is available you can certainly
confirm consecutive weeks.
Q: Why isn’t the property available on the check-in day I want?
A: Our Properties offer varied check-in dates that are set by the property. When members call to deposit their
time, The Registry Collection program must honor the check-in day set by the property because the next
owner will be checking-in the following week. This is why we are not able to move check-in / check-out
days even one day later. If you need to arrive late to a property, we would be glad to let the property know of
your late arrival, however, you will be required to check-out on the originally scheduled day.
