Join us July 9 and 10 for an Innovative Approach to an Interactive Vendor Show! The PCTGA 2015 Summer Meeting is being hosted by Pioneer Evergreen Farms, 159 E Adamsdale Road, Orwigsburg, PA (directly off Route 61; ten minutes north of Cabela’s) and co-hosted by Tree-Teck, Inc. The Summer Meeting features opportunities for both education and fun and is the only time during the year that exhibitors can interact and sell to members face-to-face. An Innovative Approach: Exclusive Carousel of Vendors New to the event this year is the Carousel of Vendors, which provides all field demonstration exhibitors with display and demonstration opportunities. During this time, attendees will be brought to the demonstration area by covered wagons, and exhibitors will be given five to ten minutes to introduce their products and conduct field demonstrations. There is no need to tear down your booth display in the tent – use this time to showcase one or more items. You may wish to bring a pop-up for sun shelter as you wait for the wagons to arrive. Also new this year is a Reserve Auction that will be held on Thursday evening. Donations of any size are welcome! However, exhibitors who make a product or service donation with a retail value of at least $50 or more will receive a $50 discount off their exhibit space fee. Complete with an auctioneer to energize the crowd, this fun event will be a great opportunity to market your name and business! The exhibitor fee is just $250 and includes a 10x10 exhibit space with a six foot table and two chairs. Additional booths may also be purchased for larger displays. Booth staff can attend all educational sessions and meal functions and will also have access to the Yuengling© Beer Wagon.
