Restaurante especializado en carnes, sobre todo
de vacuno. Es un local de rodizio brasileño, donde los
camareros van rotando por las mesas con un sistema
de espadas, con diferentes cortes y tipos de carnes.
Esto va unido a una gran variedad de guarniciones.
Los clientes pueden seguir comiendo hasta que lo
deseen. Hay un semáforo en la mesa, que indica si
quieren hacer una pausa o terminar (rojo), o bien seguir
degustando nuestras variedades (verde).
This restaurant specialises in meats, mostly bovine.
It is a “rodizio brazileño” (special type of Brazilian
restaurant) where the waiters go from table to table
with swords carrying all kinds of cuts of meats. There
is also a large variety of side dishes.
Clients can eat as much as they want. There is a
light on the table that indicates if they want to have a
break or finish (red), or keep on sampling the varieties
of meats (green).

De céntrica situación y dos ambientes diferentes,
este novedoso restaurante en el que predomina la cocina vasca, ofrece como innovación a su carta habitual,
un menú de degustación de tapas para dos personas
que incluye: Ensaladilla, melón con jamón, pulpo a la
gallega, revuelto de setas y gambas, pimientos rellenos
de bacalao, chipirones encebollados y pollo al ajillo.
El precio para dos personas es de 20 €, bebidas
aparte.
Carnes frescas a la brasa y verduras de su propio
huerto ecológico y conejo a la majorera son algunas
de sus propuestas. Trabajan productos canarios en
su tradicional comida típica, pero dándoles un toque
muy personal y elaborado. Su creación de “Pastel de
Vieja”, -un pate de pescado-, fue medalla de plata en
la ruta de tapas de La Oliva.
En TripAdvisor, figuran como el número 1 de Fuerteventura.
With a central location, this restaurant has two different ambiances. This new restaurant mainly offers
cuisine from the Basque Country, and in addition to
its traditional menu, it offers tapas for two people that
include: salad, melon with ham, gallega style octopus,
mushrooms and prawns, peppers stuffed with cod,
small squids with onion and garlic chicken.
The price for two people is 20 Euros, without drinks.
Fresh meats on the barbecue, vegetables from
their own ecological garden and rabbit cooked in the

Zum Angebot gehört gegrilltes Fleisch und Gemüse

Die Gerichte haben jedoch eine persönliche Note und
werden sehr sorgfältig zubereitet. Die hauseigene

auf der Tapas-Route von La Oliva mit der Silbermedaille
ausgezeichnet.

El jefe ejecutivo de cocina del hotel Barceló Castillo
Resort y Línea Premium, José Marín, comenta que “las
especialidades de “El Camarote”, son entre otras: Pescados frescos, mariscos y carnes frescas, sin olvidar
sus famosas paellas y distintos arroces”.
