making an easy change in the electrical connecting box during the installation, you will be able to have a 3,4 kW machine or 6,2 kW or
other powers.
Every washing cycle, SELF-DRAIN takes care of removing dirty water
from the tank just before starting to fall the rinsing clean and hot water
over the ware.
Consists in a simple 3 steps filtering system for big, medium and small
size dirtiness particles; allowing to keep the wash tank water clean for
a longer period of time.

Si vous voulez une puissance maximale pour optimiser la productivité de la machine, il est possible de la configurer facilement de l’extérieur. Si vous optez pour une moindre consommation, il suffit de

Dans chaque cycle de lavage, l’AUTO-VIDANGE se charge d’évacuer
l’eau sale de la cuve de lavage juste avant que l’eau propre de rinçage
commence à tomber sur la vaisselle.

In ciascun ciclo di lavaggio, lo SCARICO AUTOMATICO estrae l’acqua
sporca dalla vasca di lavaggio, prima che l’acqua pulita di risciacquo
inizi a cadere sulle stoviglie.
Consiste in un semplice sistema di filtraggio in 3 passi, per particelle
di sporcizia di diverse dimensioni: grandi, medie e piccole.

The NEW Thermostatic tank water filling system: allows to speed up
drastically the start-up time of the machine, because the wash tank is
filled in with hot water previously heat in the boiler.
Using our special basket CB7-GN, EVOLUTION, EVOLUTION plus and
EVOLUTION PLUS undercounters and hoodtype machines are able to
wash perfectly GN 1/1 trays. A huge advantage for our customers,
thanks to its 380 mm clearance for undercounters and 440 mm for

Lagerbestände reduzieren und Bestellungen vereinfachen, einfach
durch die Wahl von Grundausführungen, denen die entsprechenden
Bausätze hinzugefügt werden: Dosiereinrichtung für Reiniger und Ablaufpumpe. Vermeidet die Lagerhaltung verschiedener Modellversionen. Einfach zu montierende Bausätze mit einfachem Zugang zu den
Komponenten, die Probleme bei der Installation auf ein Mindestmaß
beschränken.
Das HRS (Heat Recovery System) von Virtus sammelt und kondensiert
den nach einem vollen Spülzyklus entstehenden Wasserdampf und erwärmt das Zulaufwasser z.B. von 10ºC auf 25ºC.

structure. Self-braking electrical motor with thermal protection, put on balanced and anti-vibration sinenblock. Extractible basket in stainless steel with holes suitable to the use. d’autre genre. Développement intérieur du bac avec turbulence projetée et calculée pour améliorer la
formation du tourbillon, aussi avec une ouverture minime du flux. Régulation du flux d’eau de lavage
selon les aliments traités. Pompe électrique de notre production en service continu. Console de commandes hydro protégé en basse tension 24V selon les règles en vigueur. Grille au fond du bac pour séparer les éventuels dépôts terreux ou d’autre genre du normal cycle du travail, fond du bac avec 1 1/2“
décharge pour avoir un lavage en turbulence avec eau nette. Si la grille de décharge se bouche, une soupape de trop plein garantit un vidage régulier. Gemüsewäscher mit Becken, Schleuder und herausnehmbarem Korb
Struktur mit 18/10 satiniertem Edelstahl überzogen. Waschbecken in 18/10 Edelstahl mit zusätzlichem
patentiertem Becken; Absaugen vorfiltrierten Wassers, um es frei von erdhaltigen oder anderen Elementen erneut in das Becken zu füllen. Für eine bessere Leistung der Strudelformierung, auch bei geringem
Wasserfluss, wurde die Turbulenz im Innern des Beckens projiziert und kalkuliert. Manuelle Regulierung
des Waschflusses, je nach Lebensmittel, die behandelt werden sollen. Elektrische Pumpe aus eigener
Produktion, von großem Ausmaß und in kontinuierlichem Einsatz, wassergeschützter Bedienungskasten,
24 Volt Schalttafel, den aktuellen Sicherheitsnormen entsprechend. Rost im Innern des Beckens, um die
erdhaltigen oder anderen Rückstände vom normalen Waschzyklus zu trennen; vorgesehene Öffnung unten
im Becken mit 1“1/2 Abfluss. Dies erlaubt eine turbulente Wäsche mit möglichst sauberem Wasser. Das
Überlaufventil garantiert im Falle, dass das Abflussgitter verstopft sein sollten, ein regelmäßiges Ablaufen,
ohne dass Wasser überläuft. Regulierbare Füße, um einen korrekten Stand des Geräts zu gewährleisten.
Die Schleuder ist perfekt in die feste und kompakte Struktur von COMBIVERD eingefügt. Sie verfügt über
einen selbst bremsenden, überdimensionalen elektrischen Motor mit Thermoschutz und ist auf selbst
ausgeglichenen und antivibrierenden Sinenblocks montiert. Herausnehmbarer Korb in Edelstahl, mit für
die Anwendung ausreichend großen Löchern. Abfluss der Schleuder verbunden mit dem Abfluss des
Waschbeckens. Deckel in durchsichtigem Plastikmaterial mit Vorrichtung zum Anhalten des Korbes und
Öffnung des Deckels (den aktuellen Sicherheitsnormen entsprechend). Schaltpult versehen mit Leuchtschalter zum Ein- und Ausschalten des Waschvorganges. Zeituhr für das Ein- und Ausschalten des Schleudervorganges. Zwei Drehknöpfe, um den Waschvorgang und die Entleerung des Beckens zu regulieren

Consommation d’eau très basse. Collecteur de lavage de nouvelle élaboration avec jets hyperdimensionés, structurés en éventail pour diriger le flux d’eau sur l’entière surface du panier pendant le cycle
du lavage avec rotation à vitesse lente. Panier extractible en acier inox AISI 304, grillage avec trous mm
16. Pompe électrique de notre construction en service continu. Moteur électrique de notre production,

Grease Guardian
The Environmental Grease Guardian automatic grease and oils removal system is a totally engineered system for separating free floating grease and oils from drain water flows. The separated grease and oils are trapped within the stainless steel tank and are automatically recovered by the system. Only the "cleaned" water
is allowed to pass through the system into the drain lines. Each unit also separates solid food waste into a
removable basket. The Grease Guardian can be used in a wide variety of applications from restaurants and
food processing operations to many types of industrial operations. Use of the Grease Guardian assures that
costly sewer surcharges and fines are minimised or eliminated through efficient separation and removal of
the grease and oil. In addition, rapidly escalating pumping and disposal costs, which are associated with conventional grease traps or interceptors are also reduced or eliminated. The recovered grease and oils are virtually water free so they can be collected by a local rendering company or recycler.

Der automatisierte und umweltfreundliche Grease Guardian ist ein ausgeklügeltes System zum Abscheiden
von übermäßigem Fett und Öl von den Abwasserleitungen. Die abgeschiedenen Fette und Öle sind in einem
Edelstahltank aufgefangen und automatisch in das System zurück geführt. Nur das saubere Wasser kann
durch die Wasserableitungen fließen. Jede Einheit trennt die Lebensmittelabfälle in einem abnehmbaren
Korb. Der Grease Guardian kann mit einer Vielzahl von Anwendungen für Restaurants und lebensmittelverarbeitende Betrieben und viele Industrie- und Gewerbebetrieben verwendet werden. Der Gebrauch vom Grease
Guardian spart zusätzliche Kosten durch das effiziente Abscheiden bzw. durch die effiziente Beseitigung von
Fett und Öl. Höhere Pumpund Beseitigungskosten, die mit herkömmlichen Fett- und Flüssigkeitsabscheidern
einhergehen, werden mit dem Grease Guardian reduziert bzw. eliminiert. Die abgefangenen Öle und Fette
sind nahezu wasserfrei und können von einem Verwertungsunternehmen entsorgt werden.

Il sistema per la rimozione automatica di olio e grasso è stato interamente progettato per separare il grasso
e l'olio dalle acque di scarico. Una volta che grasso e olio vengono separati, sono convogliati in un serbatoio in acciaio inox e automaticamente recuperati dal sistema, che consentirà il passaggio nelle tubature solo
all'acqua "ripulita". Inoltre ciascuna unità separa i residui di cibo solido accumulandoli in un cestello rimovibile. Grease Guardian ha un'ampia varietà di impiego, dai ristoranti ai processi nelle catene alimentari a
molte altre operazioni industriali. L'utilizzo di Grease Guardian permette di minimizzare ovvero eliminare tutti
i gravosi costi accessori per lo smaltimento fognario grazie a un'efficiente separazione e rimozione di grassi
e olio. Inoltre vengono ridotti o eliminati i costi sempre più rilevanti per il pompaggio e lo smaltimento rifiuti
associati all'utilizzo di sistemi convenzionali per l'isolamento e la cattura dei residui. Il grasso e l'olio recuperati sono virtualmente privi di acqua, in modo da poter essere raccolti dalle aziende locali che si occupano
di rifiuti e riciclo.
