Regulations amended These regulations amend the Fish Resources Management Regulations 1995. 4. Regulation 55E amended In regulation 55E in the definition of WCRL Managed Fishery delete “Fishery declared under the West Coast Rock Lobster Management Plan 1993.” and insert: Fishery. 5. Regulation 72 amended In regulation 72 delete the definition of rock lobster licence and insert: rock lobster licence means a managed fishery licence granted in respect of the West Coast Rock Lobster Fishery which authorises fishing for rock lobster in the reserve; By Command of the deputy of the Governor, N.
