done and for allowing us to be a small part in this great community.

The Art of Courageous Communication Workshop: This Saturday
21st, 2pm – 4pm in the school hall.
Communication is essential to developing relationships and creating the
world we live in. We are always communicating. Come join to look at
ways you communicate and the impact you create. How conscious are
you in this process? Are you clear about your desired outcomes?
Develop greater clarity from the inside-out & courage for how you
communicate and create in the world.
We are running the workshop for the first time. Join us to learn about
your communication style and learn how to create strong relationships
and at the same time help us to develop the workshop. Interested? It
would be great to have you there. Would like to know more or to sign
up? Then contact me on 07966 577229. David Harris

Debbie Nock works in Administration and has been a member of staff
since 2001. After leaving school in 1977 she took on a number of
administration roles mainly in Local Government in Sandwell. From 1992
to 2001 she was a local magistrate working in Stourbridge and Halesowen
Courts. Debbie worked in the downstairs office for many years and was
involved in many of the mandate groups within the school and was also
one of the Safeguarding Officers at Elmfield for many years, until she left
at end of 2011. Returning in January 2013 she is now providing
administrative
support
to
Ben
Arnold
and
Diana
Ball.
Debbie loves the variety in her work and has felt a strong connection to
Steiner Education for many years. After her three children went through
the school from 3 to 17 years of age she has seen for herself how effective
the education can be and enjoys being part of the team that supports its
provision. Her hobbies include philosophy, reading, tennis (along with her
son Joshua was Mixed Doubles County Champion in 2007) and
racquetball.
