Friday 5 October, London
Overview
This event, hosted by Tube Lines, will explore the use of Lean Six Sigma in a service
environment. Tube Lines has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Transport for London since
2010 and the company is focussed on maintaining, renewing and upgrading the Jubilee,
Northern and Piccadilly Lines to speed up travel for 1.9 million people every day.
Tube Lines will be presenting on the improvements they have made in order to deliver better
overall services and how they aim to continue to improve their efficiency and effectiveness by
working with others, through innovation and continuous improvement. This is a unique
opportunity for delegates to hear how Tube Lines use Lean Six Sigma and how they deliver
their projects on time and within budget.
