2 Castleford Tigers Brand Guidelines
Castleford Tigers Brand Guidelines Castleford Tigers Brand Guidelines Introduction The Castleford Tigers brand guidelines is to ensure the club’s identity is used in a correct and consistent manner. To help everyone achieve this, we have produced clear and simple rules to apply the logo. 2 Castleford Tigers Brand Guidelines The Master Logo Our logo must always appear as shown in this guideline document. Any deviation from these guidelines will undermine the status and value of the brand. Manipulating the brand is prohibited. Effects like stretching, condensing, outlining or adding a drop shadow must never be used. It must not be altered or redrawn in any way. Colours Colour plays an important part in the logo identity. Our corporate colours are primarily amber, orange and black. You’ll find the correct breakdowns for colour reproduction below. Orange (PRIMARY COLOUR) PMS 151 C C 0 M 55 Y 100 R 87 G 53 B 19 K 0 Yellow (PRIMARY COLOUR) PMS 123 C C 0 M 25 Y 100 R 94 G 75 B 20 K 0 Black (PRIMARY COLOUR) PMS Black C C 0 M 0 Y 0 R 0 G 0 B 0 K 100 This version of the logo should appear on all printed material, as well as TV, online and media backdrops. 3 Castleford Tigers Brand Guidelines Mono Version Sometimes the logo will be required to work in reverse. We would like to keep this type of application to a minimum. When this is required the logo should appear simply white out. If the logo colours are not achievable then the logo should appear simply in black. When reversing the logo out of pictures please ensure you utilise a quiet area of the image Black White Out 4 Castleford Tigers Brand Guidelines Structure Exclusion Zone 5x 10x 3x x 2x When placing the logo on applications it should always be used with an area of clear space (the exclusion zone). This area is indicated by the outer dashed line and is 20% of the logo height all the way around. The exclusion zone is based upon the structure of the logo shape. If space is restricted the logo should be reduced until the minimum exclusion zone is adhered to. The logo should not be reproduced smaller than 11mm wide x 15mm high in print applications. 5 Castleford Tigers Brand Guidelines Primary Font: Albertus MT In order to project a unified brand image the primary typeface, Albertus MT, should be used on all printed material. Albertus MT has a broad range of weights and will provide the user with a font that is ideal for headlines and sub-headings. Only the following cuts should be used: Albertus MT LT Albertus MT LT Italic Albertus MT Albertus MT Italic Albertus MT Demi Albertus MT Demi Italic Albertus MT Bold Albertus MT Bold Italic Secondary Font: Helvetica Neue Castleford Tigers secondary font for text on printed material is Helvetica.
