Main Purpose of the Position
To provide ACL customers with product and technical assistance relating to the
product, both telephonically and via email. To be the first point of contact for more than
300 ACL customers, across Africa.
Key Deliverables and Weighting

GRC
Reason for Vacancy: Replacement
Provide assistance to end users experiencing problems using ACL software,
or enquiring how to use specific features.

Make pro-active calls to ensure that all clients are satisfied

Assist in testing new software and templates

Accuracy on capturing all client interaction on the internal Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) system; Sales Force

Proactively inform supervisors of product and client trends


Adhoc tasks as assigned by Manager when required
Perform within stipulated case targets, and ensure superior product
knowledge

Previous ACL experience will be advantageous

preferred
