Job Specification Job Title: Solutions Architect Division/Department: Performance Solutions Reporting to: (name & position of Manager and any indirect reporting lines) Main Purpose of the Position Utilize your excellent SAP skills to conduct Business Analysis, and spearhead the design of required solutions Key Deliverables and Weighting Management Level and Details of the Management Component of this role Technical Abilities Knowledge, Skills and Reason for Vacancy: New Position, Growth in Division Technical Director Make use of exceptional business analysis skills in understanding the requirements of a varied client base Design world-class SAP BPC solutions Lead a project team Spearhead varied projects and exercise your project management muscles Be client-facing and ensure client satisfaction at each stage of the project N/A, this is not a management role. Exceptional accounting and business analysis skills Above average SAP BPC / SAP FI / BW / BI-IP / SEM-BPS / CO / similar skills Proven ability to work and provide leadership in a busy, team environment Highly organized, and work in a structured manner Matric exemption Business Analysis certification Preferably an Accounting degree Preferably BPC / FI / BW / BI-IP / SEM-BPS / CO certified, or super-user At least 3-5 years’ experience in a Business Analysis or Solution Design role At least 3-5 years’ exposure to BPC / FI / BW / BI-IP / SEM-BPS / CO / similar Computer Skills and Knowledge Extensive MS Excel skills Working Environment & Travel High intensity fast paced environment. There is a great deal of team work but strong individual accountability for each member. Working hours 08h30 – 17h00, overtime required when necessary. Punctuality is important.
