Job Title: Divisional Administrator and

Main Purpose of the Position
Handle all the sales admin related duties for the GRC Software Sales team as well as the administration
for the Managing Director. Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring all duties are performed quickly and
accurately.

Constant vigilance and reactability to the needs of the Sales Team and Partners
Follow and complete all processes within the company CRM system to ensure all orders are
processed timeously and correctly.
Attend to any client / internal queries relating to client orders / licenses / codes and provide
feedback within a stipulated time frame
Perform ad hoc duties as per request and provide feedback within a stipulated time frame
Liaise with the sales team and interdepartmental teams on a continuous basis
Assist with administration for the training department and any ad hoc duties as necessary
Assist MD with other admin related issues as they arise








Strong multi-tasking skills is a must to ensure various duties are performed accurately and on time
Some mild compulsive behavior would be an advantage

Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Administration
Good computer literacy and experience with a CRM & accounting system
Experience in Sales Administration will be an advantage



