Job Specification: Divisional Administrator Job Title: Divisional Administrator and Assistant to MD Division/Department: GRC Solutions Reporting to: (name & position of Manager and any indirect reporting lines) Philip Tillman – Managing Director Main Purpose of the Position Handle all the sales admin related duties for the GRC Software Sales team as well as the administration for the Managing Director. Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring all duties are performed quickly and accurately. Key Deliverables and Weighting Tasks Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Reason for Vacancy: Promotion of existing person Speed, Speed, Speed, & Speed Accuracy, Correctness, 100% Spot On-ness Ensuring the deals flow through alertness and constant vigilance Always ready to assist the members of the sales team Foresight with the MD to enable his daily functions run smoothly Process invoices accurately in Pastel Understand and use SalesForce like your life depends on it Constant vigilance and reactability to the needs of the Sales Team and Partners Follow and complete all processes within the company CRM system to ensure all orders are processed timeously and correctly.
