Pastor La Monte McNeese was born twice: the first time was in St. Louis, Missouri, June 23, 1960 (he was raised in East St. Louis, Illinois). The second time was on July 19, 1978, when he was baptized into the body of Christ. Elder McNeese was raised in the Apostolic faith and is a member of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World. Although he was brought up in the Midwestern district of the P.A.W., he is currently serving as a director and assistant of the mighty First Apostolic Council of Kentucky and Tennessee. He is an U.S. Army veteran and has traveled throughout the United States and Europe ministering the Word of God through teaching. He accepted his first pastorate in 1985 and founded a Bible College the following year in Europe (Gelnhausen, West Germany). He currently serves as pastor of the ONE WAY Fellowship (OFMA) as well as the chapel ministry of Apostolic Bible College, Tennessee. He is a strong proponent of non-traditional Christian education with a passion for biblical accuracy. He is the published author of seven books and one compilation to include, The Top 10 Dumbest Christian Beliefs and the award winning 25 Traits of Great Bible Teachers and his latest magnum opus The 10 Commandments of Bible Study. As a ghostwriter and book publisher, Dr. McNeese has brought to fruition the books and dreams of prominent pastors and bishops across the United States. Dr. L. McNeese is the president and founder of several faith-based community service corporations, to include Senior Help of Middle Tennessee, The F.A.I.T.H. Academy, a K-12 Christian school system approved and sponsored by the State of Tennessee (T.A.N.A.S), and Apologetics Bible College, TN, an accredited learning institution that is registered and approved by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission. Dr. McNeese holds earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Biblical Studies from Florida International Seminary as well as a Ph.D. with an emphasis in Theology. Biblical exegesis has never had a more passionate advocate. He is an analytical thinker, a much soughtafter expositor of scripture, and a serious minister with the gift of making even the most difficult passages of scripture plain and relevant to everyday life. He has several Christian business affiliations such as the American Association of Christian Counselors, Executive Advisory Board of the Apostolic Archives International, and the Clarksville Area Ministers Association as well as the founder and general overseer of the ONE WAY Fellowship and Ministerial Association. Dr. McNeese is also listed in Gibraltar’s Who’s Who of American Religious Professionals. Dr. McNeese’s ministry is based in Clarksville, Tennessee where he resides with Tonette McNeese, his wife of over 37 years.
