Access the Halogen eLearning website by following this link: https://ondemand.halogensoftware.com/utmck/welcome.jsp 2. Click “Forgot Password” 3. Type in your username, which is your network ID (1st part of your UTMC email address {before the @utmck.edu}). For 2014, UPA’s main wellness initiative is to focus on tobacco cessation. This is especially important now as we look at implementing a higher premium tier for team members who use tobacco/e-cigarette products and do not complete a tobacco cessation program. 4.
