HOW TO GO TO ZHENGZHOU Zhengzhou ( 鄭 州 ) is the capital of Henan Province, which is situated in the central plane of China. You can easily transfer your flight from almost any large airport in China, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou etc., to Zhengzhou airport. POST-CONFERENCE 16th -17th October, 2014 Visit some institutes and places of historic and scenic beauty in Zhengzhou and near Zhengzhou, such as Luoyang (洛陽), Kaifeng (開封), Shaolin Temple (少林寺) etc. EXPENSES FOR ACCOMMODATIONS Expenses for hotels and meals will be about RMB 400-800 per day for a single person during the Conference and Post-Conference. Topics presented will be as the follows: Symposium A: Innovative chiral and achiral compounds, their novel preparation methods including catalytic ones, properties and applications. Symposium B: Innovative bio- and biobased materials and composites, their preparation, properties and applications. Symposium C: Innovative polymers such as conducting, semiconducting ones, supramolecular (supermolecular, dynamers), and their preparation, properties and applications. Symposium D: Innovative energy systems including fuel cells, solar cells, lithium batteries and supercapacitors, and their key materials, performance and applications. Symposium E: Innovative nanomaterials such as one-, two-, three- dimensional (1D-, 2D- and 3D-) nanomaterials, their characterization and application. Symposium F: New ceramic materials such as superconductors, electronic, diaelectronic, ferroelectric, piezoelectric, optoelectric and magnetic materials, their preparation and applications. Symposium G: Novel materials related to coal, carbon, fullerene, graphene and graphite, and their applications. Symposium H: Other novel materials related to perfumes, agricultural chemicals, photosensitive materials, displaying materials, fine ceramics alloys, their preparation, properties and applications. Symposium I: New characterization methods and application in fundamental and applied on researches new materials. METHOD OF PRESENTATION Plenary lectures (45 min each), keynoted invited lectures (30 min each), invited lectures (20 min each), oral presentation (10 min each) and poster sessions. ABSTRACTS: All speakers are requested to submit an abstract of their talk of one full page (200-500 words). The typing area of each page should no more than 16 cm wide by 23 deep. If there are several authors on the abstract, please underline the speaker. The abstract should be submitted via web < www.nms-iupac.org> before 31st July, 2014.
