ORGANISER: National Small industries Corporation (NSIC), an ISO
9001:2008 certified company.
PARTICIPATION CHARGES:
Shell Scheme: Rs. 11000/- per sqm + 12.36% Service Tax + Directory Entry
Charge: Rs. 500/- (+ s. tax) compulsory for each participant + 5% premium
charges for Two / Three side open stalls. SHELL SCHEME STANDS:
Standard stands with white powder coated Octanorm system, facia writing in
English, 75 W spot lights, synthetic carpet and furniture would be provided
per stand size as mentioned below:

APPLICATION FOR SPACE RESERVATION: must be made on the
prescribed form which involves acceptance of the Terms & Conditions for
participation and returned to the Organiser duly completed along with 25%
of the total stall rentals and a post dated cheque of 15/10/2014 for the balance
payment towards stall rental etc. in favour of National Small Industries
Corporation.
STAND ALLOCATION: a. The layout plan (highlighting the stall available)
will be sent to those units who have made 100% payment towards stall rentals
for selection of stall.
b. The stand allocation shall only be valid for the exhibitor specified in the
application. Subletting or Co – exhibiting shall not be permitted.
c. The allotment of stalls is the sole discretion of NSIC and no dispute in this
regard will be entertained. No Claim or objection from any applicant
regarding rejection of application or allotment of space shall be entertained.
PAYMENT: a. All payment should be remitted through D.D./Cheque (local
only) in favour of National Small Industries Corporation Ltd.
b. Participants can also remit participation charges directly through Bank
transfer as per details given below under intimation of NSIC :Bank Reference

c. All balance Payments should also reach latest by 15/10/2014 failing which
no allocation of stalls will be made. Any other charges for the exhibitor in
IITF’2014 levied by the ITPO will have to be borne by the exhibitor.
POSSESSION OF STALL : The Possession of stall shall be given to exhibitors
on 12th Nov., 2014 only on receipt of full payment. Kindly note that Charges on
account of space rent and power charges must be settled before taking
possessing of stalls. All other expenses payable by the Exhibitor must be
settled before the closing of the Fair to ensure smooth removal of goods from
the fair site.
DISPLAY COMPLETION: The display should be completed at the latest by
10 P.M on 13th Nov. 2014.
FIRE PREVENTION :Participants will keep and maintain fire fighting
equipment within their stalls as per safety regulations at their own cost.
Arrangement of fire extinguishers in stall is the responsibility of the individual
participant. Use of fire hazard material like thatch, dry grass and other
similar inflammable materials is not permitted.
OPERATION OF STAND: No stall should be left unattended during the
exhibition hours. Staff of participants must be present at least an hour before
the opening and half-an-hour after the close of the fair. No activity, which in
the opinion of NSIC amounts to nuisance or annoyance, will be allowed. NSIC
shall have the right to take remedial action in such cases. Exhibits must not
obstruct common passages. Fire extinguishers, cable terminal for phone
connection, outlets for electricity and water must not be obstructed and
Cleanliness and maintenance of stall will be the responsibility of participants.
CANCELLATION: In case of cancellation of stall by the participants, no
refund / adjustment of participation fee will be made by NSIC.
COUNTER SALES: Counter sale during the fair is not allowed.
PHOTOGRAPHY : The Organiser retains the right to photograph any
Exhibit for its use.
Stick no bills: The participants are not allowed to use the wall of the Hall and
walls/glass fixed on panels for sticking any bill / publicity materials. Violation
to this will lead to extra charges as levied by the organizer.
14.
POWER : Participants desirous of running / demonstrating
machinery are requested to indicate their power requirement on
the application form applying for participation based on their
total load of machinery/models etc., and submit it in advance
along with payment by Demand Drafts in favour of NSIC, New
Delhi @ Rs. 3000 per K.W. + 12.36% service tax. Participants
found using more power than applied for, such unit will have to
make payment of additional power used by them. The organizer
will provide electricity connection near exhibitor’s stall for
built-up booth and internal distribution (if required) to be
completed by exhibitor at their own cost through the licensed
contractor (approved by NSIC).
15. DAMAGES : Exhibitor will be required to make good all
damages done to the fair ground facilities, building, etc. and any
violation of the rules, NSIC shall have the right to close down
the stall of and no refund of rental etc. under any circumstances
will be made by NSIC.
16. STORAGE OF EMPTY CASES: Empty cases will have to be
removed atleast 24 hours before the opening of the fair failing
which NSIC will remove at the costs and risks of the
participants.
17. SECURITY: NSIC will make the general security arrangement.
However, participants will be responsible for the security
arrangements of their exhibits/display materials through
Security Agencies approved by NSIC. Exhibitor’s security
guards other than the approved security agency will not be
allowed to remain inside the hall after exhibition hours.
18. INSURANCE: Participants shall arrange insurance coverage to
their exhibits, display material against all risks including losses
damages, theft, fire or any cause whatsoever and also third
party insurance cover for mounting period, fair period, and
dismantling period against all ascertainable risks. Organiser will
in no way be responsible for any damage theft or loss.
19. SERVICE AGENCIES: Work of cargo handling, construction
of stand, decoration, furniture and catering can be availed by
the participants only from those contractors who are approved
by ITPO strictly. No other contractor will be allowed to provide
services.
20. Loading/unloading of products/machines of the exhibitor and
placement in the stall is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
21. DRESS CODE & NOISE LEVEL: The host/hostesses and
presenters, engaged to promote different products and services
on behalf of the exhibitors be decently attired keeping in view
the law of the land and our cultural ethos. Further to avoid
nuisance / disturbance, sound level is not allowed to exceed 7
decibels.
22. VACATION OF STALL: Stall will have to be vacated within
two days of the closing of the fair. Participant who fail to vacate
the space within two days will be liable to pay penalty and the
NSIC shall have the right to remove or dispose the exhibits /
material etc. and store in NSIC godown at the risk and cost of
the participants and the expenses incurred by NSIC for
transportations and godown charges as applicable will be
recovered from the exhibitors before release of products.
23. VIOLATION OF RULES: In the event of violation of these
rules, NSIC shall have the right to close down the stall of the
participant and no refund of participation fee will be allowed.
24. ARBITRATION: All disputes arising in connection with this
agreement shall be finally settled by a sole Arbitrator to be
appointed by the organizers under the provision of Indian
Arbitration and conciliation Act 1996. The place of the
arbitration shall be New Delhi.
25. 26.FORCE MAJEURE: Under the conditions of the force
majeure which also include strike, lock-out closure, riots, etc.
NSIC reserves the right to follow the course of action taken by
ITPO which shall be binding on the exhibitors.
26. INTERPRETATION In the event of any dispute arising relating
to participation the decision of the Director (Exhibition) or his
nominee shall be final and binding on the exhibitors.
27. JURISDICTION Incase of any dispute, only the civil
Courts at New Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
